Orders

Every item is printed to order after you pay. Checkout is handled by PayPal, one item per order. Your order is accepted when PayPal confirms the payment. If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, an item is discontinued by our print partner), we refund it in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to US addresses. Any sales tax required by your state is shown at checkout. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only (all 50 states). Printing usually takes 2–5 business days and delivery about 2–6 business days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your shipping address in PayPal — we ship to the address PayPal gives us.

Sizes

Please choose your size using the size guide. Because items are made to order, we can’t exchange or refund for wrong size or change of mind.

Damaged, misprinted or lost items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your PayPal order ID (and a photo, for damage). We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. Full details are in our return policy. This doesn’t affect your rights under US consumer law or PayPal Purchase Protection.

Product images

Product images are previews of the actual print design. Colours can look slightly different on screen than on fabric or ceramic.

Designs

All TropeShelf designs are original artwork and remain our property. They’re about reading tropes in general and aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by any author, publisher, book or series. Buying a product doesn’t grant rights to reproduce the design.
